Welcome to the Dealer App (the “App”). Total Parco
Pakistan Limited (“TPPL”) and AltPay (Private) Limited (“AltPay”) take
protection of and respect for your personal data very seriously and we are
committed to ensuring that your personal data is protected.
By accessing and using the App, you acknowledge that
you have read and understood the Dealer App Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).
The Policy explains how we collect, use, and share the
information gathered about you through your use of the App and aims to inform
you about the rights and freedoms that you can exercise about our use of your
personal data. This Policy also describes the measures we implement to protect
this data.
If you do not want us to process any of your personal
information through this App, as set out in this Policy, you may reject the
privacy notification and navigate away from the App.
TOTAL PARCO Pakistan Limited is the “data controller”
for personal data relating to use of the App. These processing operations are
carried out in accordance with applicable law and are subject to
pre-established procedural requirements.
The terms “we”, “our”, “us” refer to Total Parco
Pakistan, in its capacity as data controller.
The companies in the Total group have their own legal
existence and have independent legal status. Total MS and Total Marketing
France belong to the Total group of companies under the ultimate holding
company. The App sometimes uses the terms “Total” and “Total Group” for
practical reasons to generally describe TOTAL Energies (the holding company),
its subsidiaries, or both together. The use of these expressions shall not
imply any involvement whatsoever of TOTAL Energies, or of any of its subsidiaries,
in the business operations or management of any other Total group company.

1. What personal data do we collect from you?
To ensure the protection of your privacy and your
personal data, we define personal data as any information that identifies or enables
to identify an individual, directly or indirectly, by reference to an
identifier (such as an identification number or location data) or one or
several factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental,
economic, cultural, or social identity of that individual.
We collect personal data in different ways and this
data will be processed in accordance with the purposes described below.
1.1 Data you
provide to us directly
To use the App and to benefit from our services, you
must provide us with a certain amount of personal data at the time of
registration to create your account or to receive our offers and promotions.
This includes your surname, first name, date of birth, postcode, phone number,
e-mail address, gender. If however, you choose to register via social media
(Facebook, Google +), we will only collect your surname, first name and email
address.

We share your information with Total MS, our
headquarter company in France for the purposes outlined in this Policy.
We also share your personal data with third party
service providers whom we have selected to manage the functionalities of the App,
to facilitate or extend our services (such as any functionality which is
embedded in the App and provided by our PCI-certified third-party provider) and
for the following purposes:
(a) when
explicitly requested by you (e.g. with social media networks);
(b) when
required by a court order or any legal or regulatory requirement.
(c) in
connection with the sale or transfer of a business for fulfilling our
obligations to you.
(d) to
enforce our Terms of Use.
(e) to
ensure the safety and security of our users, consumers and third parties; and
(f) to
protect our rights and property and the rights and property of third parties.
4. Where your data is stored
Your personal data is stored by Total MS in a central
database located in France.
We may also send your personal data to third party
service providers who may be located outside the country. Where that is the
case, we will comply with applicable laws to transfer your personal data
outside the country and implement appropriate measures to ensure the protection
of your personal data.
5. How long we store your data
We will not retain your information for longer than is
necessary for our business purposes or for legal requirements. However, please
be advised that we may retain some information after you have closed your
account with us, for instance if doing so is necessary to meet our legal
obligations, such as retaining the information for tax and accounting purposes.
7. Your rights and choices
In accordance with applicable local law, you have the
right to request access to your personal data, or to modify, rectify, and
delete your personal data, and to object to the processing of your personal
data for legitimate reasons.
Where you have provided consent in relation to any
processing carried out by us through the App (e.g., to provide you with
location based services or marketing notifications), you may withdraw your
consent at any time, in which case we will cease to process your data for such
purposes and stop offering you those services (unless we have another legal
basis for continuing).
To exercise your rights, please send us your request
using the contact details, either by e-mail or by post mail. If you make such a
request, we are entitled to request appropriate identification before servicing
such a request.
You can also request to close your account at any time
by contacting us as described below..

other tracking technologies are set out under section 8.
8. Cookies and other technologies
When you download access and use the App, we use
cookies and other tracking technologies, as described below.
8.1 What are cookies?
A cookie is a file which records information about how
you use your device to browse the Internet (e.g., number of visits, number of
pages accessed, etc.) and in particular helps us enhance your visits to the App.
8.2 Types of cookies we use
We use cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are
required for technical reasons for the App to operate, and we refer to these as
"essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies.
For example, they may be used to provide a service you
requested (language preference, login identification, etc.).
Other cookies that we use are served by third parties
to enable us to track and target the interests of our users and to enhance the
experience on our App. Third parties cookies are served through our App for
advertising, analytics and social media purposes.
When cookies require your agreement before their
installation we ask you for this using an information banner appearing on the
cover page of the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these
cookies.
Statistics cookies measure the number of visits, the
number of pages viewed, user activity on the site and user return frequency.
The statistics cookies used generate a cookie with a unique identifier which
has a duration period limited to 13 months. Your IP address is also collected
to determine the address where you connect.
This information is immediately anonymized after use
to prevent your identification as a natural person. The traffic statistics data
is collected by the service provider and then provided to us in aggregate and
anonymous form in a web interface accessible only to the data controller. The
data collected is not transferred to third parties, or used for other purposes.
You can block these cookies at any time by using the opt-out procedure
mentioned above using the link.
Please note that that our advertising and social media
cookies are embedded within the App so if you object to the use of such cookies
please navigate away from this App on your device.
9. How we protect your personal data
We undertake to take appropriate technical and
organizational measures to preserve the security and privacy of your personal
data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted or damaged, and to
prevent access to it by unauthorized third parties.
Similarly we ensure that any third parties having
access to the data have adequate protection levels in place to preserve the
privacy of the personal data transmitted to them.

If any part of the App links you to a App, those Apps
do not operate under this Policy. We recommend you examine the privacy
statements posted on those Apps to understand their procedures for collecting,
using and disclosing personal data.
11. Personal data of minors
Please note that the App is reserved for persons over
18 years of age and we are not intending to collect or process personal data of
minors below 18. Consequently, if you are aged under 18, please get your
parent's or guardian's permission before you share information with us using
the App.
Users without this consent are not allowed to provide
us with information and, if they do so, we will cease to process their
information as soon as we find out. We cannot be held liable if information
belonging to minors is entered during registration in breach of these
stipulations.

("Terms of Use") and Personal Data Protection Policies apply to other
Total Group Applications, and we recommend that you read them carefully.
13. Changes to the Policy
This Policy was last updated on 5th June, 2018. You
can find the latest version in the bottom menu of the App. We reserve the right
to review and revise this Policy from time to time, in particular to satisfy
the requirements of providers of platforms for the distribution of
applications. We will inform you about any such change and we will provide you
with a then current version of the Policy.
